The PolySteel Energy Efficiency Mortgage (PEEM) is now available through MidCountry Mortgage Corporation. This program is available nation wide (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) and has programs specifically designed for you.

The new PEEM allows for a higher income to debt ratio which will help you qualify for a larger mortgage.
